Oops!... I Did it Again. AKA Challah back girl, part Deux.

http://pr1ncessheather.blogspot.com/2007/08/challah-back-girl.html

If you haven't been to
House of Bread, you must go. Right this minute! Just kidding, it's Sunday, they're probably closed. But seriously if you are ever up in the 2700 South and 2000 East area of Salt Lake you should check them out.

They use freshly milled flour in their breads. Their breads are high in fiber and full of whole grains. They don't use artificial sweeteners or preservatives. Many of their products are naturally fat-free. And if I do say so myself, all of their products are deeeeeeelicious.

They sell scrumptious breads and pastries, and you can also dine in on super yummy sandwiches made fresh while you wait.

Oh and once you are done there, drive down 2700 South heading West a spell and you will see the cutest little European import shop called the
The Old Dutch Store. They import delicious European cheese and meats as well as having a store jam packed with all kinds of odds and ends that come from Germany, Switzerland, Scandinavia, and of course the Netherlands.

Maybe this should be the birth of a new segment on the Princess Heather blog, where I get to indulgently tell about all my favorite off the beaten path spots. What shall I call it?

Hey, did you know there is a House of Bread francise in San Luis Obispo that I used to go to all the time. They are yummy! I even checked the website to make sure they are the same place, and they are. Plus on the website I discovered some exciting news, they are opening a new house of bread soon in Yuba City, California. That's super. Too bad that there isn't one near me on the beatiful central coast of California.
