I am taking another photography class for the next 2 weeks, and today we discussed the "Golden Hour" of light. This is the hour after sunrise and the hour before sunset. We were asked to post some pictures in our digital classroom of photos we had taken during this timeframe. I thought I would share mine here as well. Since I think they are kinda pretty.
Southern Utah Sunset
Huntington Beach Sunset
Hong Kong Sunset (from the deck of a Junk)
San Francisco Sunset
Yuba City Sunset (from Auntie Vern's house)

I love the pictures you posted. You are probably going to be the only person in class with so many pictures of far away places. Lucky you !!!!!
I am with Peggy I really like that you have such a variety of sunsets from all over. You just need some sun rises now. :)
Maybe next time you are in all of these places you can try to get a sunrise photo and see the affect of light on these cities in the morning.
That would require me to be awake and less grouchy during that time of day. :)
I thought you might say something to this effect. :) I said maybe...or do you have a timer...
