Princess Heather Goes to White Castle

Harold and Kumar did it, so why shouldn't Princess Heather. Well...actually Princess Heather was trying to make a run for the border, but was thwarted by the many Chik-fil-A's, Waffle Houses, barbeque joints, and Cracker Barrel's that the South has to offer. Seriously, is one little taco too much to ask for? Anyway, whilst getting lost looking for a Taco Bell, Princess Heather came upon a White Castle. Having never had a White Castle burger before, and having heard many glorious things about said burgers, Princess Heather decided to partake.

Princess Heather doesn't get what all the hype is about, and still wants a Taco.

P.S. Isn't it annoying when people write in the third person about themselves.

It makes me sad that you couldn't find a Taco Bell. That's a tragedy.

You didn't love the tiny, grease sopped thing that is supposedly made of meat? But seriously, I'm not surprised that you didn't love White Castle, and I agree that they are overrated. My Mom liked them when she was younger, and we often partook when we had the chance. Of course, those were the days when a MacDonalds cheeseburger would totally hit the spot for me, and now it just makes me feel really sick thinking about it.

That said, I'm not a taco fan either, especially of Taco Bell. I had a chicken taco during my Aidan pregnancy, and they had just started putting on this new sauce, and that was about all she wrote. But I have compassion, because when I get a yen for a spicy chicken fillet from Wendy's and can't get one, it's pretty sad.

By the way, are there Popeye's chicken joints out there? That much grease in one bite might be a little dangerous, but it too was a fixture in Southern life for us.

I just wanted to share that I'm so glad that you went to the Opry! What a special, delightful experience it must've been! Country music is not really my favorite, but I also share special memories from my childhood of certain country artists. Dolly Parton will always have a special place in my heart, Patsy Cline is one of the greatest legends ever, and Kenny Rogers, no matter how many dumb TV shows he does, will always be an important figure in music history for me.

Speaking of Kenny, have you ever go to a Kenny Rogers' Roasters? Now that is nummers!

I miss you terribly and am delighted that you've not been taken away by a tornado!
