Today I am grateful for Health Insurance.I have spent the last 2 weeks seeing all of my Dr. friends.
Dentist - check
Primary Care Physician - check
Nephrologist - check
Optometrist - check
Orthopedist - check
Mammogram - check, check (if you know what I mean. wink wink)
Consensus is (aside from bad kidneys and arthritic back) that I am a healthy girl. Congratulations!!
But seriously...having been seen by a Dr. in a foreign country as well as having to go the emergency room in a foreign country...I can totally appreciate what we have got going on here in the United States. But I certainly couldn't afford it without health insurance.
