Today I am grateful for literature. I count reading as one of my great talents, which I know may sound silly, but honestly being able to read well will get you far in life. Books can teach you about places you may never get to visit. Cultures you may never experience. History you did not live but need to know. A book can teach you how to fix your faucet, bake a pie, or understand Islam. A good book can comfort you, uplift you, and inspire you to be a better person.
