I love Oktoberfest. Where else can you go to see mass amounts of people in a tent drinking beer, eating Wurst and Sauerkraut, listening to bands yodel and play polkas, and watching fools do the chicken dance whilst wearing Lederhosen? And if you are very lucky you might get some 'Schunkeln' in - wherein complete strangers lock arms and sway back and forth to the music together. Good times I tell you.
Also...it is a lovely time to see the changing leaves in the Utah canyons.
Check back Sunday for pictures of my new apartment. That is....if I get the pictures hung by then.
