I just thought these pictures of Moms in the animal kingdom were cute.
But on a side note, this top one reminds me of how at Kate's graduation on Thursday (Congrats to Kate) she had some static electricity in her hair, and I licked my hand and smoothed it down for her. I don't think she even noticed. But I guess you don't have to be a Mom to feel the need to use your saliva on someone hair.

Oh, and I have had some weird issues commenting on your blog lately. I tried to comment on your brussels sprouts post and I couldn't get it to go through. Anyways, brussels sprouts are evil. The last time I cooked them, I burned my arm really bad on the cookie sheet I was using to roast them on in my oven. It was so bad, I almost don't ever want to cook them again.
Okay, you can ignore my last comment about not being able to post on your blog. Apparently my comment did go through, I just noticed it on the previous post. I was on my iPhone when I was trying to post so I didn't think it worked.
So cute! I don't remember the endearing saliva slick down. ;) Thanks for always looking out for me.
